Fire in the Deep: Learning to Sit in Your Own Fire
Anger isn’t a defect—it’s a powerful internal signal that has been misunderstood.
I’ve spent years working with the physical layers of the body—first as a massage therapist and now as a Yoga Therapist. But more importantly, I have lived with my own intense rage and heat for most of my life. I know firsthand what it’s like to carry a fire that feels both life-giving and destructive.
Through my own practice and my work with others, I’ve learned that the body is a resilient, shape-shifting vessel. Those "knots" we feel aren't just tension; they are a specific form the body has taken on to navigate life. To heal, we don’t just "relax" those knots—we reclaim our capacity to transform our shape from the inside out.
Fire in the Deep is a 4-week series for those ready to stop suppressing their intensity and start integrating it. We are not looking to "calm down" or minimize your experience. Instead, we are building the stamina to sit within your own fire.
By drawing on the archetype of the Fierce Mother, we develop the capacity to witness our most difficult sensations with a steady, unwavering gaze. This is about learning to be your own most resilient witness.
