  • Medicine Buddha Practice

    ONLINE ONLY. This class is intended for those who wish to chant the Medicine Buddha mantra and meditate in a group weekly. We will simply practice. A donation will be requested upon sign up.   • VIRTUAL-Level 1-2 Core (Express) Yoga

    This express class uses yoga poses to isolate the core muscle groups. Strengthen your core without straining or damaging your neck or back. Focus also includes pelvic stabilization to reduce low back pain. Appropriate for all levels.

  • VIRTUAL-Gentle Yoga

    This all levels class is designed to calm the nervous system and gently build strength. Classes include extra time for centering, fewer poses with slower transitions and extended time for relaxation at the end of class. Props are encouraged to support and assist students.

  • Monday Private Group Yoga

    Small group weekly yoga with Amber. Online or in studio. In studio participants limited to 6. Contact Amber for availability or to book an ongoing private class for your group.

  • Chair Yoga—VIRTUAL

    Experience many of the same benefits of traditional yoga without getting down on the floor. Improve balance, strength and flexibility through seated (in a chair), and standing postures. Breath awareness and short guided mindfulness practices included.

  • Wednesday Private Group Yoga

    Small group weekly yoga with Amber. Classes limited to 6 students. Contact Amber for availability or to book an ongoing private class for your group.
