Spring 2026:
Spring Renewal: An Ayurvedic Day Retreat

Shake off the winter heaviness and bloom into the new season.

Date: March 28, 2026

10:00a - 3:00p
with Amber Davey

Are you ready to feel lighter?

Winter is a time of hibernation, but as the days get longer, that stillness can start to feel like stagnation. In Ayurveda, this is known as Kapha accumulation—a feeling of heaviness in the body and fogginess in the mind.

To move into Spring with vitality, we need to clear the clutter, ignite our inner fire, and lighten our load.

Join us for a day of nourishment, creativity, and deep renewal.

You don't need to travel far to find a reset. This one-day urban retreat is designed to be a "Spring Cleanse for the Soul," giving you the tools to transition into the new season with energy and clarity.

What Your Day Includes:

🔥 The Practice: Shake Off Winter

We begin with a warming, energizing yoga flow designed to move lymph, stimulate circulation, and wake up the body. Expect chest openers and dynamic movement to counter the winter slump.

🥗 The Nourishment: Ayurvedic Lunch

Enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch prepared with Ayurvedic principles in mind. We will share a meal designed to be easy on digestion and fuel your energy, while discussing simple daily routines (Dinacharya) to keep you healthy during allergy season.

🎨 The Creativity: Intention Stones

Spring energy can sometimes feel chaotic. To help you stay grounded, we will engage in a creative "Intention Stone" workshop. Using smooth river stones and paint, you will create a physical anchor for your spring intentions—a beautiful totem to take home for your altar, garden, or desk.

✨ The Rest: Pratyahara

We close the day with withdrawal of the senses to let the work settle and send you home feeling restored, not exhausted.
