On the other side of this mentorship, participants will experience:

~an ability to set boundaries for oneself that prioritize your own well-being and vitality

~a recognition that rest must come before exhaustion hits

~letting go of old thoughts, patterns, and behaviors

~heightened awareness of consciousness and subtle body energy

~more peace and vitality

~a new way of relating to one’s own pain and suffering

~deeper connection with oneSelf through the connections made in community!
